This machine is a high speed shear type superfine pulverizer. After entering into the hopper, the material is  brought into the comminution which is consist of moving knife and fixed knife quickly because of the high speed airfolw. The strong rotary airflow generated from the high-speed rotor makes the material move between the moving knife and fixed knife. The full dispersion makes the material sheared completely. The qualified material is discharged from the comminution through the sieve.The un-qualified material is brought into the comminution chamber by the high-speed airflow and be re-grinded. The material is surrounded by the airflow all the time in the comminution chamber and thus, the heat generated during shearing is taken away, which  achieve the aim of room temperature comminution and keeps the chemical component and the nature stable. 

①　The shear angle consists of the moving knife and fixed knife has high super-fine grinding effect.  Could adjust the particle size and output by adjusting the clearance between moving knife and fixed knife, and also the sieve specification. 

②　The moving knife and fixed knife are made from high strength, impact resistance and wear-resistent import steel, which keeps the knife stable nature and long service life while shear at the high speed. The knife could be sharpened several times. 

③　Reasonable structure, the computer aided chamber has the feature of fluent inner-chamber airflow, smooth discharge and low noise. Reduce the stickness to a great extent. 

④　The material grinding is at the room temperature. The strong airflow generated by the high-speed rotation could take away the grinding heat and keep small temperature rise. 

⑤　High yield, low consumption. For the same material, the consumption of this model is only 50~70% of other company's similar model.
