This model is suitable for the thermoplastic(PE, PVC, PP, nylon) at room temperature.
This machine is composed from body, rack, feed hopper, milling device, discharge pipe, transmission , motor and so on. The material is put into the milling cavity (which is composed from the static disc and moving disc) through the feed pipe. Because of the high speed rotation of the moving disc and blower, the material particle size becomes smaller and smaller after continuous cutting, impact, friction. The material moves outward and be collected by the collecting system through the discharge pipe.
Compared with the freeze-grinding machines, this model has the advantage of low consumption, evenly particle size, easy operation and so on. It is the much more satisfactory machine to process the plastic powder at the room temperature.
